Giol's history dates back to the 14th century, and that heritage carries through into its alcohol-free sparkling wine, made from 100% Glera grapes in northern Italy and dealcoholised at 0.0% ABV.
Ripe pear, green apple and acacia honey lead on the nose, with fine, elegant bubbles and a clean, light, sweet finish. Certified vegan, with naturally occurring sulphites from the winemaking process rather than added. Serve at 8 to 10°C. Every product in our range is chosen and approved by our team.
