At No&Low Drinks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, cancellations and refunds.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. Items should not be used beyond what is necessary to assess them. If an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value due to excessive handling, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund.
Items should be returned with their original packaging where possible and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at Sales@noandlowdrinks.co.uk.
Where possible, please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can assess the problem quickly. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution which may include a replacement or refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product if eligible and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We may reduce the refund if items are returned used beyond reasonable inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing Sales@noandlowdrinks.co.uk.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the price paid for the items and the cost of the standard delivery method used for the original order. If a premium or express delivery option was selected, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
