2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.

Handling Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same business day (0 days).

Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
3. Total Delivery Time
The total time to receive your order is: Handling Time + Transit Time.

Mainland UK: Typically arrives next working day if ordered before 4:00 PM.
4. Collection (Warehouse Pickup)
Collection is available by prior arrangement from our warehouse:
Unit 6b Gatefield Works, Whitelands Road, OL6 6UG, Ashton-under-Lyne.

Orders are typically ready for collection within 2–4 hours if placed during business hours.

5. Delivery Requirements & Terms

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS from DPD.

Damages: Per UK law, if your goods arrive damaged, please notify us at sales@noandlowdrinks.co.uk within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
