ÔPIA, Alcohol-Free Wine Made Without Fermentation
ÔPIA takes a genuinely different approach to alcohol-free wine. Its core range is made by Maison Pierre Chavin in France using organic grape juice infused with oak and botanicals, rather than fermented and then stripped of alcohol, so there's no alcohol at any stage and no sulphites. All four are organic, Halal-certified and vegan.

Our Range
The core ÔPIA range covers Cabernet Sauvignon (red), Cabernet Rosé, Chardonnay and Sparkling Chardonnay, each built on ÔPIA's unfermented, sulphite-free method. ÔPIA Blanc de Blancs Organic takes a different route: it's a fully fermented organic sparkling wine made from 100% French Chardonnay grapes, with the alcohol then gently removed, and it's organic and vegan at 16 kcal per 100ml.
