Everything you need to know
Your subscription automatically applies a 10% discount to the retail price of every bottle in your box. The saving is calculated and shown clearly before you confirm, so you always know exactly what you are paying.
Yes. If you have a Build Your Box subscription you can update your selection at any time before your next order is processed. Log into your account and update your preferences in a few clicks through the subscription portal.
Absolutely. You can skip any upcoming delivery or pause your subscription entirely from your account dashboard. There are no penalties, no cancellation fees, and no difficult processes.
Your first box is dispatched within 1working day of subscribing. Subsequent boxes are dispatched on the same date each month. UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, so you can expect your box within a few days of your renewal date.
You can cancel anytime directly from your account, with no fees. We ask that cancellations are submitted at least 48 hours before your next dispatch date to avoid being charged for that month's box.
In the rare event a wine goes out of stock before your dispatch, we will contact you by email and offer either a like-for-like substitute of equal or greater value, or a full refund for that bottle. We will never substitute without your agreement.
