Cin&Cin, Dealcoholised Wine Made With Vacuum Distillation
Cin&Cin's wine range is dealcoholised in Germany using vacuum distillation, gently heating the wine to just 35°C under low pressure to protect its natural character and polyphenols. The whole wine range is vegan, made without animal-based fining agents.
Serve well chilled. Every product in our range is chosen and approved by our team.
Our Range
Sparkling Bianco and Sparkling Rosé are both Cuvée blends with a crisp, fruit-forward character, while Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon are single-varietal wines at around 22 to 26 kcal per 100ml. CIN&CIN Aperitivo takes a different direction, an alcohol-free take on a classic Italian aperitivo with notes of bitter orange, grapefruit and botanical herbs, best served over ice with a slice of orange or topped with soda for a Spritz.
