The technique matters here: distillation at low temperature is what preserves the vivid character of wild strawberries, red currants, and floral blossom that make this wine as expressive as it is.

It pours a delicate salmon-pink with a lively, fine mousse. The palate is crisp and semi-dry, with a satisfying balance of fresh fruit sweetness and bright acidity that keeps the wine clean and refreshing from first glass to last.
