Cin&Cin FREE Sparkling Blanc is a fresh, elegant alcohol-free sparkling white made from Chardonnay, and No&Low is the only place in the UK you can buy it. It starts life as genuine Chardonnay wine, which makes up 95% of the blend, before the alcohol is removed to leave a light, lively sparkling wine at 0.0% ABV.
It pours a pale straw yellow with fine, delicate bubbles. The nose is fresh and fruity, with crisp green apple, ripe pear and a bright lift of citrus. On the palate it is light and refreshing, with a gentle touch of fruit sweetness balanced by crisp acidity and a clean finish. Vegan-friendly and just 14 kcal per 100ml, it is noticeably lighter than our other Cin&Cin sparkling wines.
Produced in Germany by Schloss Wachenheim, one of Europe's largest wine and sparkling wine houses, under the Cin&Cin label that is a familiar name across Poland and Central Europe. Serve well chilled at 6 to 8°C in a flute or white wine glass. It makes an elegant aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, light salads, soft cheeses and fruit-based desserts, or use it as the sparkling base for an alcohol-free spritz.

I’m a lemoncello fan but found this had a weird taste to me I was hoping that it would be great as really can’t drink the alcoholic one due to medication

The bubbles, the taste, and how to get the best from every bottle.
How does it compare with a regular sparkling wine?
Fine bubbles, fresh fruit such as citrus, green apple and pear, and a crisp finish, much like a Prosecco or Cava style. The body is a little lighter than a regular sparkling wine because there is no alcohol.
We taste every bottle before we stock it and describe each one honestly on its page.
Does it keep its bubbles?
Yes. Most are gently carbonated again after the alcohol is removed, so the bubbles are fine and lively in the glass. Serve well chilled in a flute or tulip glass to enjoy them at their best.
Most of our range is 0.0% ABV. A few wines are de-alcoholised to below 0.5% ABV. Every product shows its exact ABV.
What temperature should I serve it at?
Well chilled, around 6 to 8°C, just like Prosecco or Champagne. Three hours in the fridge or 30 minutes in an ice bucket will get it there.
How long does it keep once opened?
Close the bottle with a sparkling wine stopper, keep it in the fridge and finish it within 1 to 2 days, while the bubbles are at their best.
